Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 20 days of the purchase date for unworn and unwashed items with tags attached. Final sale items and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Timeframe for Returns:
Customers must initiate a return within 20 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@unsolvedheart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns received in damaged or used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Beanie Care Instructions
General Care:

Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle Machine Wash: we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild
detergent. May be machine washed on a gentle cycle.

Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals, they can damage the fibers and colors.

Drying:

Air Dry: Lay your beanie flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Avoid hanging, as this may cause stretching.

Low Heat: If using a dryer, use low heat to prevent shrinkage.
